Forgot Password

If you are having difficulties logging in or have forgotten your password, you will need to do the following:

1. Click on Forgot Password? from the Log In screen.
   
   
   
2. When prompted, enter your email and click Send.
   
   
   
3. The window will automatically close and a time-sensitive link will be sent to the email you entered. If you don’t receive an email right away, remember to check your SPAM folder. 
   
   
   
4. Click on the hyperlink to reset your password. Please note that the link is only valid for a certain length of time.
   
   
   
5. A new window will populate and you will be able to enter and confirm your new password. Click on Save & Continue when you're ready!
   
   
   
6. You will now be able to log in with your new password.
