Forgot Password
If you are having difficulties logging in or have forgotten your password, you will need to do the following:

Click on Forgot Password? from the Log In screen.

When prompted, enter your email and click Send.
- The window will automatically close and a time-sensitive link will be sent to the email you entered. If you don’t receive an email right away, remember to check your SPAM folder.
- Click on the hyperlink to reset your password. Please note that the link is only valid for a certain length of time.
- A new window will populate and you will be able to enter and confirm your new password. Click on Save & Continue when you're ready!
- You will now be able to log in with your new password.
If you have any issues receiving your reset email or are unable to reset your password, please submit a ticket to the SonicCloud Helpdesk.
