This article will provide basic troubleshooting for when you have no SonicCloud audio processing after changing headsets on a Windows system.
If your light is red, showing No Processing:
Click on the question mark on the right side of the control panel:
There you can find help to troubleshoot your sound as well as tips for use in the SonicCloud carousel. Click "I'm not hearing any processing" to get started with the wizard.
