Understanding the SonicCloud Frisson Control Panel

• Close/Minimize Control Panel- Clicking these will simply minimize the SonicCloud Frisson  Control Panel. It does not QUIT the SonicCloud Frisson application. Minimizing the Control Panel will still allow SonicCloud Frisson to continue with Processing.
• Expand/Move Control Panel- Hover your mouse over the ‘+’ icon to expand or relocate the control panel. You can also click and drag the panel as needed.
• Hearing Profile Selection Dropdown- Every SonicCloud Frisson account comes pre-loaded with Sample Profiles. Any Profiles that you create will also be available in this dropdown. You can switch between Profiles at any time.
• Volume Control Slider- This is directly connected to your System Volume.
• Ear Selector- This box allows you to adjust a single ear at a time or both simultaneously.
• Profile Management- Clicking the ‘+’ sign next to the Select Profile box allows you to Save, Save As, Rename, or Delete a Profile.
• Processing On/Off Switch- This switch turns on personalized sound for YouTube, Netflix and other applications. However, some conferencing applications like Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc. can override this. So if you don't hear personalized sound while using one of these, verify the speaker output setting in those applications.
• Listening Device- When you have more than one connected listening device, they will appear in this dropdown.
• Processing Light Indicator- When the Processing light is GREEN, this indicates that the software is currently receiving and processing audio. When there is no audio present, the light will turn RED until audio is again present.
• Control Sliders- These sliders move up and down, allowing the user to adjust the settings to their own personal preference.
