SonicCloud Frisson Tuning Wizard

The Tuning Wizard will guide you through creating a custom hearing profile. We recommend using a wired set of earbuds while using the Tuning Wizard, however, it is not required. 

Please note that if you are using an assistive listening device (i.e. hearing aids, cochlear implants, etc...) please connect with your team lead to set up a complimentary Expert Tuning Session. This session will require no more than 15-20 minutes to enable profiles with and without your assistive listening device (if desired).

1. To access the Tuning Wizard, go to the Apple menu bar > SonicCloud icon > Help > Tuning Wizard:
      
   
   
2. A new window will pop up. To get started, click OK and follow the prompts on the screen:
   
   
3. The next slide will start with you with the FLAT Sample Profile:
   
   
   
4. You will now begin listening to the embedded audio:
   
   
   
5. Before moving forward to the next slide, you will need to set your volume slider to a comfortable level:
   
   
   
6. This now begins the tuning process and users will see different slides based on their responses throughout the tuning process:
   
   
   
7. Once the Tuning Wizard process has been completed, your new profile will be loaded to your Select Profile drop-down.
