When using SonicCloud VOiP, you will need to ensure you have verified your phone number so that caller ID is enabled for SonicCloud.
Otherwise, your call will show up as all 0's.
To enable caller ID please follow the steps below:
- From the dial-pad screen, select My Hearing at the bottom right of the screen
- Next, select My Account and then tap on your phone number
- On the next screen, tap on Phone Number
- Type in your phone number and tap on Verify
- Once you receive the verification code, enter it on the next screen
- Under the My Account screen, you will now see that your phone number has been verified
